Representation in divorce on general grounds, including questions of fault, protective measures where there is domestic violence, and interim orders on residence, contact and maintenance while the case is pending.
Parental rights, contact and relocation
Determination and modification of custody and contact schedules, consent for travel abroad, disputes over schooling and medical decisions, and international child relocation and abduction matters.
Child and spousal maintenance
Calculation, claiming, increase and reduction of maintenance, collection of arrears including from abroad, and enforcement against a parent who refuses to pay.

Initial legal consultation – €50, deductible from subsequent legal fees. After the consultation you receive a written scope of work and a fixed-fee proposal.
